A Phoenix homeowner called for her 1980's home that hasn't received any attic work since her purchase in 2018. After dealing with several unbearable summers the homeowner called us for a free inspection. We were able to provide her several solutions to make her home more comfortable and reduce her energy bills. The homeowner called back with joy after Arizona's first heat wave and she was happy to report that for the first time she was able to keep her house below 80 degrees.

The homeowner was looking to insulate their 400-square-foot garage as they transformed the space into a garage studio. We installed TruSoft Cellulose insulation to an R-49 level, providing the newly converted studio with a properly insulated attic space. The finished project helps prepare the garage studio for more comfortable, consistent use throughout the year while giving the space an upgraded insulation system.
